In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the error and update your order accordingly, with your consent. All items are subject to availability. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) unless stated otherwise. International customers may be charged additional fees such as customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Payments must be made in full before production or shipping begins. We accept various payment methods, as stated on our website, and reserve the right to update them without prior notice.

Order Processing & Delivery
Our standard delivery time is approximately 2 weeks from order confirmation. However, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance or logistical issues. We are not liable for such delays. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and will be communicated at checkout.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Cancellations must be requested in writing within three (3) business days of the invoice date. After this period, all deposits become non-refundable. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms of Service.
