At Jogi By Sana Jahanghir, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience for our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and chargebacks for products purchased through our website or authorized platforms. By placing an order with us, you agree to the practices described below.

Order Cancellation
Clients may request order cancellations in writing within three (3) business days from the date of the invoice, counting the invoice date as day one. We will make every effort to accommodate such requests at the earliest. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable after three (3) business days. If work has already been performed within this period, any costs incurred will be charged to the client. All fast-track orders are non-refundable from the date of invoicing.

Returns and Exchanges
Jogi By Sana Jahanghir inspects all products before shipment to ensure the highest quality. Any claims regarding defects, shortages, or errors must be submitted in writing within five (5) calendar days of delivery, accompanied by photographs of the affected items. Failure to submit a claim within this period will be considered as acceptance of the products and waiver of any claims. Customers and third-party shipping services are solely responsible for any damage, loss, or shortage during transit. Clients should inspect the products upon arrival and address any issues directly with the carrier. We do not accept product returns or exchanges without prior written consent. While we are not responsible for freight-related claims, we may assist our clients in resolving such issues at our sole discretion.

Ready-to-Wear Products
Ready-to-Wear products from Jogi By Sana Jahanghir are crafted according to standard sizes and specifications for immediate use. These products are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, upon written request within seven (7) days of purchase, the Company may, at its sole discretion, allow exchanges or issue store credit for Ready-to-Wear items, provided that the products remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

Chargeback Restriction
By placing an order with Jogi By Sana Jahanghir, the Customer agrees that initiating a chargeback with a bank or payment provider, either during the fulfillment of the order or after delivery, is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will be considered a material breach of this agreement. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover any losses, including the cost of products, chargeback fees, and legal expenses. Additionally, the incident may be reported to relevant credit reporting agencies, potentially affecting the Customer's creditworthiness. This clause is intended to prevent fraudulent chargebacks and to ensure fair resolution of disputes. Customers acknowledge and agree to be fully responsible for any violations of this clause.
