Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery time is approximately two (2) weeks from the date of order confirmation. This timeline may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, or shipping location. In some cases, unexpected delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Such delays may extend the delivery time by an additional 5 - 6 working days or more. While we make every effort to communicate any delays promptly, Jogi By Sana Jahanghir is not responsible for delays beyond our control for both domestic and international orders.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the nature of the products ordered. These charges will be shared with you at the time of order confirmation and are non-refundable. For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities or governments outside Pakistan are the responsibility of the customer. Jogi By Sana Jahanghir does not cover these costs, and they must be paid directly to the relevant authorities.
